Tamil Nadu is not Eelam's enemy. Tamil Nadu is Eelam's absorption system. Six civilisational organs metabolise Eelam energy inward into TN-internal outputs; only the sixth — the religious organ — still crosses the Palk Strait with fidelity. That is the master pattern. It is structural, not moral. Every claim on every page traces to a Tier-A source.

When the absorption membrane is publicly named as mechanism, the Church-and-mutt pre-national corridor — already operating below the political layer — becomes the infrastructure a stateless civilisational framework can additively extend, without asking any TN party to act against its own interest.

What this cluster will never do

·TN is not framed as Eelam's enemy. The frame is structural (membrane, absorption, deflection), not moral.
·No party or leader called a 'bad actor'. Structural-function only — no personality attack on Seeman, Stalin, Vijay, EPS, OPS, Thirumavalavan, or any candidate.
·No aggregated diaspora wealth. No 'Tamil GDP'. Individual channels are cited to Tier-A sources verbatim.
·No diaspora business owner, NRI groom / bride, or matrimonial family named.
·Malaiyaha Tamils are not a subset of Jaffna Tamil politics. A distinct nation-community whose file is held by Malaiyaha institutions, not by TLTE and not by TN parties.
·Church and mutt operational asks are not published without their public consent. TLTE cites what is already on the record.
·Katchatheevu is treated only through the fisher shrine-access frame, with the 1974 and 1976 treaties cited together. TLTE never asks that the island be returned.
