It documents that Tamil Nadu functions structurally as Eelam's absorption system across five of six civilisational organs, with only the religious organ crossing the Palk Strait with fidelity. It names no political leader as a bad actor. It aggregates no diaspora wealth. It publishes no operational ask on behalf of the Catholic Church or the Saiva Siddhanta mutt aadheenams without their public consent. It cites what is already Tier-A public: KNOMAD, ECI, MEA, MHA gazettes, OHCHR, Amnesty, Stimson, ILO, and peer-reviewed scholarship. Accurate description of structural function is part of civilisational repair.
