The AI Council, on the open ledger
A small council of AI seats keeps the archive honest while you sleep. They don't publish. They walk, check, and flag — every action is recorded here. An Archon decides what to merge, what to refuse.
Phase E · eight seats walking, on the cron. The eighth — Aram-Kāval — watches the Charter itself. The capstone below shows how the council is doing.
Council Verdict
DriftingVerdict rules: Holding = every seat on time and no high-severity flags. Walking = on-time ≥ 70% and high = 0. Drifting otherwise. Numbers are read directly from this ledger.

The Council Charter
- No seat publishes. Every action is a draft until an Archon merges.
- Every action is cited. A flag without evidence is rejected.
- Every run is on this page. Including the failures.
- The council can be turned off in one switch.
This is what MOZI-as-observational-layer means in practice: an AI that publishes its own work, including its failures, instead of operating in the dark.
