The day-to-day truth of TLTE and the VinMin platform — Charter, Roots, organs, governance, privacy, AI, treasury. Every page shows both what is live now (Aarambam) and what is being built towards (Nilaiththanmai).
Citation-Anchored Dossiers
An academic series tracing the structural arc of Tamil dispossession: institutional erasure, legal disenfranchisement, diplomatic failure, and the unresolved final stages of the war. Every controversial claim resolves to a permanent citation ID.
Katchatheevu & Palk Strait
The only civic file on the site that touches live foreign-policy ground. Pairs Tamil Nadu fisher arrest evidence with northern Sri Lankan Tamil livelihood evidence. Cites both 1974 and 1976 treaties. Never claims the island back.
The Women's Council
A standing civic council in the Becoming layer of the Governance OS — Charter, Evidence Record, Mothers of the Missing witness page, and a strict safety framework. Defers to PEARL, ITJP, and OHCHR. Operates no live intake, names no survivors, aggregates no counts.
Action, Memory, Voice
