Trust is scoped, revocable, and audited. Nobody is above the covenant, including the founder.

Ladder drafted. Only the Anonymous level is operational today (site + Velicham). Card, API partner, Archon are Aarambam-drafted, not yet issued.
Becoming · Nilaiththanmai
All six levels operational. Archon quorum enforced by hardware multi-sig. Founder's key indistinguishable from any other Archon.
The six levels
- Anonymous — Read every public page. Ask Velicham.
- Named visitor — Kiosk log-in for print/print-history only. No archive changes.
- Card member — Save a reading path. Personal notes. Cannot alter the archive.
- API partner — Read scoped endpoints with a purpose-tied key. Rate-limited, expiring, audited.
- Archon — Multi-sig authorisation of sealed operations. Never a single-signer path.
- Founder — Zero unilateral power. Same as an Archon, no more.
The founder rule
The founder is the last name on the ladder, deliberately. No credential, no capability, no override exists for the founder that is not equally distributed across the Archons. If this rule is ever breached, the covenant dissolves the founder's role by construction.
