The civic record in public
A public-benefit institution cannot hide its records. Every number here comes from a real database row. When a count is zero this era, the surface says zero. When a phase is not ours to allocate, the surface says that too.
Public Ledger
Every Witness Pass issued, every wallet event, every Min flow — aggregated, two-layer. Zero is shown as zero.
Where the Kindred Gather
Country mix of members, aggregated to k≥5 buckets. No names, no IPs, no payment data. Below threshold rolls into 'Other'.
Funding Spine
Demilitarisation → Petition 02 → Civic Reset → Self-Determination. Each phase publishes its allocation, its gates, and what it will never become.
My Contribution
Your Witness Pass. Your events. Your share of the Treasury this era. Visible only to you.
- Real data only. Every number queries a real table. If a count is zero this era, the surface says "0 verified this era."
- No personal data, ever. Country mix is k≥5 aggregated. No names, no IPs, no payment detail on public surfaces.
- Two-layer everywhere. Now (Aarambam) = the live count. Becoming (Nilaiththanmai) = the civilisational target. Both shown together.
- Phases 1–2 — TLTE-scoped. Demilitarisation and Petition 02 allocations are published, challengeable, recorded.
- Phases 3+ — not TLTE's to decide. Self-Determination-era funding is explicitly deferred to a diaspora-wide public audit. This page will say so.
- Every phase transition writes an entry to the Continuity Changelog. Append-only. Signed.
- · A fundraising page or "donate to TLTE" button.
- · A leaderboard of contributors. No streaks. No ranks.
- · A page that names a member, their country, or their payment.
- · A roadmap with calendar dates.
- · A bridge between Min and real currency, in either direction.
- · A surface that claims TLTE allocates Self-Determination-era funding.
