Most projects show a treasury pie chart on day one. We refuse to draw a chart that has no treasury behind it. The Now column states what TLTE actually holds (nothing in real money, zero Min in circulation). The Becoming column publishes the architecture — Public Treasury with a 10% recycle — that the structure is moving toward.

Every Min flow publishes a 10% Public Recycle into a Treasury that funds the homeland-priority work — Pattarai bounties, Velicham infrastructure, Remembrance, translation.
Every flow is publicly visible on this page, with the named Keeper and the Witness who triggered it.
Min carries no voting power in early eras. Governance authority is procedural (Charter, two-Archon rule) — not proportional to contribution credit.
