Either professional defamation insurance or an explicit indemnity from a credentialed partner. We will not put a witness or a Tamil family at risk because we couldn't afford a lawyer.
Either (a) a partnership letter from Mnemonic / ITJP / equivalent, or (b) a GlobaLeaks deployment with a third-party security auditor's sign-off. Routes that touch survivors must inherit credentialed safeguards.
Until all six gates close, every survivor / witness / family path on Unmai routes to a credentialed external body — ITJP, PEARL, OHCHR, OMP, Refuge (UK), 999 (UK). We point. They hold.
That is not modesty. It is honesty. Premature intake harms the people it claims to serve.
