The Living Spine
Governance begins with a published ledger you cannot quietly edit. This is that ledger.
Most projects describe themselves with marketing numbers. TLTE shows two columns. On the left, the truth right now (Aarambam) — counted from real tables, displayed even when the number is zero. On the right, the published target the structure is moving toward (Nilaiththanmai). Both, always. Never one without the other.
The Spine is the on-ramp to the Governance OS. Before any vote, any proposal, any succession event happens inside this archive, the ledger has to be public, append-only, and unbroken. On what authority explains why. The Architecture explains the rest.

What the spine grows into
- A public Role Ledger — Kindred, Witness, Keeper, Archon — every grant and revocation visible, with the evidence and the named Archon who approved it.
- A Min treasury that publishes every flow, with the 10 % public-recycle rule from Min Economy binding by Charter, not by promise.
- A request queue where anyone can ask the ledger a question — answered, refused with a reason, or shown still open.
- Era-cycle Spine reports generated from live data, co-signed by two Archons under the two-Archon rule.
- Governance OS built on top of a ledger that already earned trust — never before.
Kindred → Witness → Keeper → Archon. Roles are earned, never purchased. No paid verification tick exists in TLTE.
What TLTE holds today (nothing in real money) and the published target for Min, the 10 % Public Recycle, and the Treasury Council.
Recent verified contributions across the archive — citations added, signals reviewed, MP statements logged. Alias-only, every row linked to the underlying record.
A public queue. Any signed-in Kindred can request a specific data view. Fulfilled answers are linked. Refusals carry a published reason.
- · No paid verification tier. Roles are earned, not bought.
- · No Min ↔ real-currency exchange rate. Min is internal contribution credit, not a security.
- · No fabricated dashboard. If the count is zero, the page says zero.
- · No private treasury. If there is no treasury yet (there isn't), the page says so.
- · No paywalled workspace. /open-workspace stays free and open — research is not a product.
- · No silent edits. Role Ledger and Contributions Feed are append-only.
"A ledger you cannot quietly edit is the only honest foundation for power."
