செம்மணி — நீதிமன்ற மேற்பார்வையிலான தோண்டுதல்கள்Chemmani — Court-Supervised Excavations in Jaffna

Chemmani is the forensic ledger of northern Sri Lanka's disappearances. First alleged in 1998 by a convicted soldier in the Krishanthi Kumaraswamy case, the Chemmani and Kokkuthoduvai sites have since produced repeated recoveries of skeletal remains under Sri Lankan magisterial supervision. The excavations sit inside OHCHR's standing evidence-preservation file under HRC resolution 60/1. This hub is a citation-only mirror — the archive routes families to ITJP, PEARL, and OMP for casework, and never aggregates its own counts.
