தமிழ் இனப்படுகொலை — அங்கீகார ஆவணம்The Tamil Genocide Question

This hub tracks the Tamil genocide question along three distinct axes: legislative recognition (political statements by parliaments and provincial legislatures), scholarly assessment (peer-reviewed work by Boyle, Fein, and others), and the international-law threshold under Article II of the 1948 Genocide Convention. The archive preserves the difference between political recognition and judicial finding — the UN Secretary-General's Panel of Experts (2011) and the OHCHR OISL report (2015) documented credible allegations of war crimes and crimes against humanity, but no UN organ has issued a Genocide Convention determination.
