செம்மணி · ஸ்ரெப்ரெனிட்சாவின் கண்ணாடியில்Chemmani in the Srebrenica Frame

Srebrenica taught the world that a mass-grave file is only ever as trustworthy as its forensic architecture. The International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP), established in 1996, built the DNA-led identification system that made Srebrenica a judicial fact rather than a contested claim. Chemmani, still under Sri Lankan magisterial supervision, is at an earlier stage of that arc — remains recovered, judicial ledger opened, no independent international forensic partner in place. This page reads what changed once ICMP-style architecture entered the Bosnian file, and what it would mean for Chemmani to reach the same threshold.
