The two-layer rule applies here
Now (Aarambam). Parliamentary engagement is logged from Hansard via the MP Statements Tracker. Academic and civil-society sections are visibly empty until a real, documented engagement is on the public record. Empty stays empty.
Becoming (Nilaiththanmai). Each section fills only with citable, third-party-verifiable engagements — a Hansard column, a peer-reviewed citation, an OHCHR submission acknowledgment, a partner-archive letter. The ledger never grows by self-narration.

Principles of this ledger
- Only documented engagement is logged — no aspirational entries, no anticipated outcomes.
- Every entry cites a public artefact (Hansard column, journal article, organisation letter, OHCHR submission acknowledgment).
- The ledger does not aggregate counts to support a narrative — it is a public log, not a campaign metric.
- Engagement is not endorsement. A logged MP statement does not mean the MP endorses TLTE; it means the statement is on the public record.
- Honest zero-state is preferred over fabricated traction. Empty sections stay empty until a real entry exists.
What this ledger is not
- This is not a press kit. TLTE does not solicit endorsements.
- This is not a campaign tracker. There is no campaign to win.
- This is not a partnership directory. Partner-organisations are referenced where their work is cited; this does not imply joint operations.
- This is not a metric of institutional success. Reception is logged; it is not weighted, scored, or ranked.
