Pressure

Rumour, surveillance posture, institutional hardening

The environment tightens before the street moves. Speech narrows, rumours travel faster, and civil administration starts behaving as if exception has already been granted.

Step 02

Conditioning

Normalisation of humiliation and selective enforcement

Target communities are trained to expect unequal treatment. Administrative choke-points, intimidation rituals, and denial habits become background noise.

Step 03

Concentration

Checkpoint density, camp logic, territorial pressure

Force becomes spatial. The question is no longer whether power is present, but how close it sits to schools, homes, roads, coastlines, and memory sites.

Step 04

Rupture

Crowd ignition, stand-downs, narrative permission

The protective veil tears: the street and the armed perimeter begin to rhyme. Documentation, verification, and external routing must outrun euphemism.

Exposure

Mass-harm conditions visible to the world

At this stage the defence task is to force witness, preserve evidence, and accelerate external consequence. The site never renders operational instruction; it renders public obligation.
