On 25 June 2026 a Geneva-adjacent diaspora contact forwarded a 263-document archive to TLTE. This briefing is the public, citation-only index of what arrived. It documents twenty-four France- and Switzerland-based associations, their submissions to UN treaty bodies between 2013 and 2026, and the 139 OHCHR records embedded in the archive.
The WhatsApp delivery referenced this issue and a feature interview with a Geneva diaspora figure. We index what arrived, not who sent it.
