The two-axis Muslim file

Almost every discussion of Muslims in Sri Lanka collapses two different records into one argument. The internal axis is what Tamil armed groups did to Muslims. The external axis is what the state and majoritarian mobilisation did to Muslims. They are separate causal chains with separate remedies, and merging them serves whoever wants both to disappear.

This file keeps them apart, on purpose, and refuses the framing that Muslims are a "problem" to be positioned within someone else's case. Muslim institutions speak for the Muslim record. TLTE cites them.

Any future accountability architecture handles both axes with the same standard of proof and the same access to remedy. TLTE never trades one axis away for progress on the other.
