External use of TLTE evidence is logged here. Not aggregated. Not weighted. Not turned into a "reach" metric. Where nothing has been recorded yet, the page says so.
Academic citations
Parliamentary use
The verified Hansard ledger at /mp-packs/statements is the source of truth for any Westminster reference to TLTE evidence packs. A statement appearing there is logged on the dossier page it references, with the Hansard URL — never as an endorsement of TLTE.
Institutional referrers
Anonymised referrer-domain evidence (e.g. .ac.uk, .edu, .gov, ohchr.org, un.org) is summarised here quarterly when there is something to report. Per-page traffic figures are NOT published — aggregate vanity metrics are explicitly out of scope (see /research/limitations).
Civil-society reuse
When an accredited civil-society body (PEARL, ITJP, OMP, Adayaalam, UTHR/J, CPA, Verité Research, Hashtag Generation, Citizen Lab, Access Now, Article 19, RSF, CPJ) cites a tlte-cite: identifier in their own published work, that reuse is recorded here with the cite ID, the citing source, and the date.
Media use
Quotation of TLTE pages by recognised journalism (Tier-B by the Citation-Tier System) is recorded with the outlet, the journalist's byline, the publication date, and a direct link. Misattribution is corrected here; misrepresentation is challenged on the record.
