TLTE does not list endorsements it has not earned. This page is the honest public record of advisory invitations: who has been invited to comment or to sit on a standing review board, who has accepted, who has declined, and on what dates.

Standing Advisory Board

Zero standing members at present. The board opens only when at least three named members across (a) accountability bodies, (b) academia, and (c) Tamil civil society have accepted in writing. Until then this section reads "zero" — not "coming soon".

No advisory invitations sent yet. The first batch — to recognised scholars in transitional justice (UCL Institute of Risk & Disaster Reduction, LSE Conflict & Civicus Programme), Tamil studies (SOAS, Toronto), and digital open-source investigations (Berkeley HRC, Citizen Lab) — is staged in the outreach pipeline. Status appears here the moment a request is sent, with date, recipient role, and response (or non-response after 60 days).

Acceptances

None to date. Acceptances will be published with the reviewer's named institutional affiliation, the scope of their advisory remit, and the date — never as a generic "supporter" badge.

Declines & non-responses

Logged here with the same discipline as acceptances. A 60-day non-response is logged as a non-response; it is not represented as an acceptance, an endorsement, or "in discussion". Where declines come with a reason that can be paraphrased without breach of trust, that reason is published — TLTE does not hide criticism that has been offered in good faith.

External reviewer statements

When a recognised scholar writes a paragraph of comment for the public record — positive, critical, or mixed — it appears here verbatim under their name and affiliation. None yet.

The first reviewer statement is requested from one of the invited scholars above as part of the preprint v1.0 mirror-publish action.

What this page will never do

· Imply endorsement from a person who has not given written consent.
· List a scholar as "advising" when they have only had a single conversation.
· Quote a private email or DM as a public reviewer statement.
· Aggregate "supporters" into a count without naming them.
