Why this figure is named

Co-author of The Broken Palmyra (1990), a Tier-A multi-source critique of every armed actor of her time. Her instrument was a book and a university classroom. Veli Studies names real figures only where a published non-violent posture — cleric, journalist, academic, doctor, vigil-keeper — is documented by at least one Tier-A source. Dr Thiranagama's instrument was a book and a university classroom; her plate carries no weapon, no insignia, no uniform.
