Memorandum of Understanding
Between TLTE C.I.C. and [Partner Organisation]
1. Purpose
To strengthen Tamil-civic accountability by mutually citing, mirroring, or cross-linking public evidence — without merging editorial control.
2. What each side commits to
- Cite each other's public reports accurately with stable URLs.
- Notify within seven days of any correction that affects a shared citation.
- Never claim joint authorship without explicit written agreement on the specific document.
- Never share unpublished Witness intake, personal data, or contact details.
3. What this MOU is not
- Not a funding agreement. No money flows in either direction under this document.
- Not an exclusivity clause. Either side remains free to partner with other bodies.
- Not an endorsement of either organisation's full editorial line.
- Not a transfer of intake. TLTE does not receive survivor testimony, complaints, or HUMINT under any partnership.
4. Duration & exit
Indefinite. Either side may terminate by email with 30 days' notice. On termination, existing public cross-links remain; nothing is retroactively deleted.
5. Governing law
England and Wales. TLTE operates under UK law as a Community Interest Company (Company No. 16426152).
