The developer guild — பட்டறை, the workshop. Members earn recognition through skill trials, not purchased status. Min never substitutes for wages.

Padikalam (படிகலம்) — skill trials
Four parallel tracks. Each trial has a verifiable rubric; outputs feed into the Pattarai application review.
- Frontend — UI/UX, React, motion, accessibility.
- Backend — Supabase RLS, edge functions, Postgres functions.
- AI / Intelligence — managed AI gateway, prompt design, research ingestion.
- Voice / Realtime — LiveKit, presence, turn engines.

Bounty Board (prototype)
The workshop workflow records claims, submissions, and reviews. Internal Min recognition is not payment; commissioned work requires a separate, lawful real-currency contract.
The future commissioning design reserves an initial window for qualified Eelam and diaspora developers before opening more widely. Any paid engagement remains contractual, transparent, and separate from Min.
Why it matters
Pattarai is the long-term answer to "who builds VinMin?" The platform should be maintainable by Tamil developers whose craft is recognised internally and whose paid work, where commissioned, uses lawful real-currency contracts. See the Min doctrine.
