Reviewed by the Security Council Working Group on 31 May 2012; conclusions issued at S/AC.51/2012/3 (21 December 2012). Throughout all four country reports, the LTTE and the Karuna faction / TMVP were carried in Annex II of the relevant global CAAC reports — never Annex I.
