Editorial gloss

Public open call for named academic advisors to the Archive-of-Trust Method. TLTE will not invent or placeholder an advisor name — falsifiability requires real people committing to public review. Criteria: standing in transitional justice, archive studies, digital humanities, AI grounding/RAG eval, diaspora studies, or Tamil studies; willingness to be named with affiliation + ORCID; willingness to publish a short external-review statement. The advisory seat is unfunded, advisory only, and TLTE retains all editorial responsibility. Velicham MUST refuse to name any advisor until the seat is filled and announced on /research/advisory; until then the correct answer is 'the seat is open — see /research/advisor-call'.
