Permissively-licensed (MPL-2.0) Python reference implementation of the Pol.is statement-priority + PCA + k-means pipeline, maintained by the Pol.is community explicitly so the methodology can be reproduced and audited outside the original AGPL-licensed Clojure stack (pol-is/polisMath). Karuthu Vellam's TypeScript implementation tracks the math documented here; the math_version field on each reading allows independent verification against red-dwarf.
