Multi-Mirror Protocol — preprint permanence by structure, not vendor
tlte-cite:multi-mirror-protocolThe TLTE Method preprint is deposited across three independent, jurisdictionally distinct permanent archives so that no single platform outage, removal pressure or governance change can erase the record. Mirror 1: Zenodo (CERN / EU, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20430548, LIVE). Mirror 2: OSF Preprints (Center for Open Science, US, DataCite DOI, PENDING). Mirror 3: HAL (CNRS + INRIA, France, BnF preservation, PENDING). SSRN (Elsevier, UK) is under review as a tertiary mirror for legal and social-sciences discoverability. The protocol is a structural extension of the Mirror-Publish Protocol applied to the archive's own scholarship — permanence is published, not promised. Each mirror entry in the Citation Registry only flips to LIVE when the external record resolves; the change is then logged in the Continuity Changelog with the resolved identifier.
