Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission — Final Report

Government-appointed commission whose 285 recommendations included credible investigation of final-stages allegations, demilitarisation of the North-East, resolution of the land question, and devolution. UNHRC Resolution 30/1 (2015), co-sponsored by the Sri Lankan state, committed to implementing LLRC alongside hybrid mechanisms.
