Editorial gloss

TLTE has no leader, no founder-with-final-say, no chairperson, no president. It is coordinated through rotating Archon seats across the Five Councils, with cross-council confirmation. Coordinators serve fixed rotating terms; they are not leaders. The Charter binds the founder equally. There is no life seat. If anyone presents themselves publicly as 'the leader of TLTE' or 'the founder of TLTE', that claim is outside the Charter.
