First major ITJP report. Anonymised survivor statements paired with corroborating documentary evidence on the PTA-detention apparatus, torture in custody, and conflict-related sexual violence. Established the ITJP evidentiary template later used in 'A Still Unfinished War' (2017), 'Unstopped' (2019), and successive Disappearance and Torture briefings.
