Editorial gloss

Renewed the OHCHR Sri Lanka Accountability Project (OSLap) and the mandate to consolidate, preserve and analyse evidence of gross violations and serious violations of international humanitarian law, with that mandate now extending through 2027. The Resolution is the most plausible near-term accountability pipeline; its renewal makes 2026–2027 the operative period for evidence preservation work.
