tlte-cite:dwork-2010-continualEditorial gloss
Foundational paper on the continual-release model of differential privacy — the academic framework underpinning Karuthu Vellam's live counter. The counter publishes a Laplace-noised vote total every minute; the continual-observation framework ensures the cumulative information leakage stays bounded by ε regardless of how long an adversary watches the stream. Karuthu Vellam publishes ε on every reading and on the stream surface as a Tier-A citation requirement.
