மூலம் — காப்புச் சான்றுMoolam — Proof of Custody (founding concept)
Moolam (மூலம், 'source / root') was sketched in the early-2025 mind maps as a proof-of-custody idea: every record should carry where it came from, who held it, and when — so memory can be checked rather than merely trusted.
Moolam names the root of a record. The idea predates the archive's append-only ledger and fingerprinted snapshots, which are the parts of it that now exist.
§1Now (Aarambam)
What exists today: append-only research tables, SHA-256 fingerprints on snapshots and telemetry pulses, and citation glosses on load-bearing claims. These carry the custody chain for archive records.
What does not exist: any custody service for third-party evidence, any legal chain-of-custody certification, or any intake of survivor testimony. Those remain with ITJP, PEARL, Mnemonic and OHCHR.
§2Becoming (Nilaiththanmai)
The target is that any reader can trace a published claim back through its versions to its first source, and see each human review step along the way — custody shown, never asserted.
§3Origin
Recorded in the TLTE Cloud and Final mind maps (early 2025) alongside the six operating sectors and the continuity concepts. Preserved here so the idea's lineage is not lost.
