The VinMin World

A consent-based, stateless hybrid nation for the Tamil diaspora. It is not a SaaS product, a charity, a political party or a state.

• Two layers, always — every feature is marked Now (Aarambam) or Becoming (Nilaiththanmai).
• Era markers, never calendar promises.
• Refusal-bounded — some content is never accepted (section 7).
• Transparency is the shield — every pound traceable, every admin action in an append-only ledger.
• The archive informs; the app obeys.

People here are members — also Kindred, Villagers, Witnesses, Keepers and Archons — never "users".

• Username only — no first or last names.
• Generation, not age — members choose a generation and never enter a date of birth.
• Email is for verification and password reset only; never shown to others or used to sign in.
• Sign in with username and password. Passwords found in public leaks are refused.
• Password reset responses look the same whether or not an account exists.
• Visitors can browse the public gallery; collecting, kindling, uploading and saving need an account.

Each role lives in its own protected table. Nobody can give themselves a role, and every change is written to the audit ledger. Staff roles open the Studio; members without one never see it.

Min works only inside the hearth. It is not money, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be sold or transferred between members for money.

• Bundles are final and non-refundable, except where UK law requires a refund. Until launch they show "Opens at launch".
• No one can collect their own card — staff included.
• No loot boxes or random paid rewards.
• Gen Alpha (under-18) members can spend at most 50 Min per day.
• Every Min movement is an append-only ledger entry. See Min Economy.

Members kindle a card once each (the flame). EXP raises the card's level and collect price; the server sets the price at the moment of collection.

• Formats locked to 4:5 portrait, 16:9 landscape or 9:16 vertical; the in-app cropper handles it.
• Videos up to 1 minute and 100 MB.
• Every upload gets automatic and archive checks and stays pending until a Moderator or Keeper approves it.
• Upload only work you own or have rights to share. Every upload is watermarked.

The Memory Wing keeps historical memory. Entries can be kindled and saved free, but are never sold or collected. Historical notes must be neutral and sourced, and need staff approval. From Level 2 a creator can no longer remove their entry; staff can remove at any level.

• Proscribed flags, insignia or uniforms, in any form.
• Glorifying weapons or violence.
• Naming survivors or their families.
• Unverified casualty or event counts.
• Collecting survivor testimony — VinMin takes no survivor intake.
• Content you do not own or have rights to, including stock or editorial images used as merchandise.
• Harassment, hate, impersonation, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal under UK law (including the Online Safety Act).
• Selling Min, accounts or cards for real money, or running Min schemes outside the app.
• Downloading, scraping or stripping watermarks from protected media.
• Multiple accounts to farm gifts, presence Min or kindles.

Breaches may lead to removal, loss of abused Min, suspension or closure. Staff actions are logged.

• Other members see only your username and generation.
• Gallery media is watermarked and shown through short-lived viewing links, never direct file links.
• The public transparency page shows totals only, never personal data.
• Screenshots cannot be prevented — please respect each creator's work.

vinmin.gg/transparency shows how every Min spent is split between creators, the archive, keepers and the reserve. Admin actions go into an append-only audit ledger nobody can edit or delete.

• By joining, you agree to these rules and to the TLTE canon.
• You keep ownership of what you upload and permit VinMin to display it inside the hearth while it is live.
• Min is a closed-loop licence to use internal features. It has no cash value.
• Purchases are final, except where UK consumer law gives a right to a refund.
• VinMin may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
• Governed by the law of England & Wales.
• Questions or reports: Settings in the app, or hello@tlte.cloud.
