- · Provide safeguarding, casework, legal, or medical service of any kind.
- · Replace the United Nations Monitoring and Reporting Mechanism (UNSCR 1612).
- · Replace UNICEF Sri Lanka's reintegration framework.
- · Replace a court of competent jurisdiction.
