Simple Summary
- ◆Membership begins with a physical Starter Kit and an era-gated entry credential — never an open web form.
- ◆One credential = one account. One human = one account.
- ◆After Activation, identity is verified privately and a public alias is created.
- ◆Final step: CityNode selection — choose your local coordination hub.
The pipeline
- Obtain a VinMin Starter Kit through an approved channel.
- Scan the QR on your entry credential → arrive at the TLTE Gateway.
- Choose Sign Up. Enter your one-time Activation Code.
- Complete private identity verification (one human, one account).
- Create your public alias and choose your first badge.
- Walk the tutorial — VinMin basics, Min, Vin, Pods, Aram.
- Select a CityNode and receive your starter missions.
Why this exists
The activation pipeline blocks bots, fake accounts, and infiltration. It also makes every member real, traceable internally, and protected publicly.
