Speaker biography

Founder & system architect, TLTE C.I.C.

Founder of TLTE — Transformative League of Tamil Eelam — a UK-registered Community Interest Company building lawful, non-violent civic infrastructure for the Tamil diaspora. Author of the TLTE Continuity Protocol, the Demilitarisation First petition campaign, the Magalir Avai Women's Council reference architecture, and the Critical Research dossier series.

TLTE is documented openly at docs.tlte.cloud. Every claim is sourced. Every operational page carries a "Now / Becoming" two-layer disclosure. The system is designed so the founder is not above it.

Lawful posture statement

TLTE C.I.C. operates under UK company law, UK GDPR and CIC regulation. The Bern talk and Q&A are non-violent civic-society activity, aligned with established UK foreign-policy positions and international human-rights frameworks (UN HRC Resolution 30/1 and successors).

The speaker does not glorify, support, organise for, or recruit on behalf of any armed group, including any organisation proscribed under the UK Terrorism Act 2000. All historical references to the de-facto administration of the Vanni between 1990 and 2009 are made for documentary, academic and human-rights purposes only.
