The canonical sequence

Aarambam → Nilaiththanmai.

The Hybrid Nation for Eelam is not a roadmap with calendar dates. It is a sequence of observable gates. Each gate closes by evidence — not by time, not by enthusiasm, not by a leader's announcement.

Three lenses, one canon

The five gates

Each gate closes by evidence, not by date.

  1. Gate 01Standing· The silence test

Closes when: Chemmani Silence Clock measures the first Tier-A institutional response to an aligned MP letter or third-party submission.

  2. Gate 02Hearing· The diaspora-to-itself test

Closes when: Four Karuthu Vellam sets archived at k≥25, ε≤1.0 — with at least one cohort-agreed statement that is not the question-author's own vote.

  3. Gate 03Witness· The identity-without-state test

Closes when: Witness Pass carried by ≥100 members through the citation-contribution pathway, no PII surfaced anywhere.

  4. Gate 04Federation· The multi-surface test

Closes when: Three load-bearing surfaces operating in coherent identity without a single Supabase migration owner, with documented partner-API contracts.

  5. Gate 05Continuity· The no-single-point-of-failure test

Closes when: End-to-end Continuity Protocol dry run completed in the dark. Zero data loss. Zero broken citations.

The Sequencing Rule

A capability waits at its gate. The gate opens by evidence, not by mood. No leader, no funder, no friend may move a capability past its gate ahead of schedule.
