You are not blocked because the ideas aren't there.

You are blocked because the order isn't written down. This page writes it down. Read it when the brain goes stale. The next move is always the gate that hasn't closed yet — not the prettiest idea, not the loudest message, not the friend's suggestion.

Load-bearing surfaces (the five)

  1. docs.tlte.cloud — the canon. Charter, Min rules, MOZI rules, Gate definitions. Everything else reads from here. You are reading this now.
  2. Civic Command Centre — governance console. Shares the Supabase spine. Active 7-phase build. Risk: same DB as docs, no documented migration owner. Name it.
  3. VinMin Portal — the actual member-facing app. Sanctuary, Pattarai, Min, LiveKit voice. Where members live.
  4. Gentle Path — the quiet public door. Already live at tlte.lovable.app. Standalone auth, points back into the archive.
  5. Forest Whisper — the clean flanker. Partner-API only, no shared DB. Proves federation works without coupling. This is the architectural model the others should converge toward.

Exploratory drafts (the ten) — fold, freeze, or rename

  • Tamil Chronicle — already exists as a route inside the archive (/chronicle). The standalone Lovable project is likely a duplicate skin. Recommend: freeze the standalone, ship inside the archive.
  • MOZI Civic Lens / Intelligence Hub / OS: Santhuru's Mind — three MOZI projects. The canon allows one. Recommend: collapse to one MOZI surface, retire the autonomous-sounding name "Santhuru's Mind" — it implies agency that the rule explicitly forbids.
  • Kadai · Civic Marketplace + Community Commerce Hub — both risk violating "Min is non-tradable, no marketplace, ever." Recommend: rename to a non-commerce framing (Pattarai surface) or freeze.
  • Ecosystem Connect · World Portal · Vinmin Genesis · Mystical Valley · Age Gate Strategy — five orphans with no canon grounding. Recommend: fold the live ones into the constellation, archive the dormant ones.

Danger flags (the four)

Shared Supabase, no migration owner

docs and Command Centre write to the same spine. A destructive migration in one breaks both. Decide which project owns each table. Document it before the next migration.

Min doctrine conflict in two projects

Kadai and Community Commerce Hub exist as named projects. Min is non-tradable, marketplaces are forbidden. Either reframe both as Pattarai surfaces or freeze.

Four auth patterns across the constellation

Supabase+Google, standalone, partner-API+Google, no-account. Members will not feel one identity. Pick the partner-API+Google model (Forest Whisper's) as the federation target.

~85% of routes are single-layer

The Two-Layer rule (Now/Becoming on every policy page) is widely violated. Not urgent, but every new page must comply. Add a lint pass before publishing the next major release.

Gate 01 (Standing) is in motion. Chemmani Desk is shipped. Witness Pledge is shipped. Silence Clock is shipped. MP Pack #27 (chemmani-accountability) is live. The gate closes when the first Tier-A body responds. The next move is not a new surface — it is to use what is built to provoke that response.

When Gate 01 closes, Gate 02 opens. Until then, no new instruments. Hardening, not expansion.
