Long-horizon inscription and custody bodies. The Manuscript Custody and Ōlai-Suvaḍi dossiers map directly to these.
Four bodies named. Manuscript-custody dossier public. Enquiry letters drafted.
One documented preliminary consultation with a UNESCO regional committee or the British Library EAP per era-year.
The follow-on inscription pathway for the Sri Lankan Tamil manuscript custody chain.
The professional-standards body governing museum acquisitions — relevant to Node 07's provenance argument.
Dear Secretariat — We hold that the ōlai-suvaḍi manuscript tradition, already inscribed on the UNESCO Memory of the World register in 2005 through the IFP Śaiva Siddhānta corpus, extends into a documented Sri Lankan Tamil custody chain interrupted by the 1981 Jaffna Public Library biblioclasm. Dossier 09 of our Node cluster (archive.tlte.cloud/case/the-node/manuscript-custody) sets out the Tier-A evidentiary basis. We are enquiring whether the Regional Committee would welcome a preliminary consultation on a follow-on inscription proposal.
- · Institution named. Individual officer never named on this archive.
- · When a first letter is sent, ledger status stays as quiet-window for 30 days before flipping to the real state.
- · Template shown, sent copy private.
- · Tier-A anchor rule: no institution appears here without a substantive citation already in the archive.
