FNV-1a(surface|era|title|body|to). - Compute chain-hash
FNV-1a(prev_chain | entry_hash); start withprev = "00000000". - The last chain-hash MUST equal the HEAD shown above on the same date.
- For high-stakes verification, the published preprint PDF carries a SHA-256 noted in the Continuity Changelog row that ships it.
